Expression of human homologs of yeast Environmental Stress Response genes after stress.
We extracted data for all human genes homologous (define by a BLASTP e-value less than 10-10 and alignment over greater than 70 percent of the length of each sequence) to genes in the A) ESR-induced and B) ESR-repressed clusters from (Gasch et al., 2000). The data was hierarchically clustered and displayed using the same color scheme as in Figure 1.
