sections (Kaplan-Meier analyses for individual tumors, GO analysis, etc.), as detailed in the web supplement.
For each of the external datasets surveyed, you can also download the expression data for the corresponding fibroblast
CSR genes. For each dataset, a set of 3 files in Eisen Cluster format (cdt/atr/gtr) are provided compressed
(ZIP'ed) below.
